Facework Ukraine became a hub of insight, inspiration, and connection as we hosted our much-anticipated Meet the Employers session — a live event designed to bring job seekers face-to-face with the people who make hiring decisions.
Attendees had the rare opportunity to hear directly from a panel of experienced professionals across diverse industries — from fintech to construction — each sharing not only what they look for in candidates, but also how they build teams, develop talent, and navigate today's job market.
