About the programme:
Facework Futures is a career training programme run by the Facework Group and funded by Lewisham Works that is part of Lewisham Council. It is primarily for refugees from Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq with the right to work documents and living in the London Borough of Lewisham via Lewisham Works.
The aims and objectives:
The aim is to support the participants as they move towards employment for the first time or progress their careers.
How it works:
Faceworks provides a comprehensive set of resources, connections and expertise, delivered through a person centred approach. The Facework programme combines practical knowledge, soft skills and employment engagement, plus English language support.
The programme will run in three terms, each term about 10 sessions.

فیسورک فیو چرز یک برنامه آموزشی حرفه‌ای است که توسط فیسورک گروپ اجرا می‌شود و توسط لویشم ورکس که بخشی از شورای لویشم است، تامین مالی می‌شود. این برنامه در درجه اول برای پناهندگانی از افغانستان، سوریه و عراق است که دارای اسناد کار هستند و در منطقه لویشم لندن زندگی می کنند
اهداف برنامه
هدف فیسورک حمایت از شرکت کنندگان است که برای اولین بار به سمت اشتغال حرکت می کنند یا در حرفه خود پیشرفت می کنند.
کارکرد
مجموعه ای جامع از منابع، ارتباطات و تخصص را ارائه می دهد که از طریق یک رویکرد شخص محور ارائه می شود. برنامه فیسورک ترکیبی از دانش عملی، مهارت های نرم و تعامل شغلی، به علاوه پشتیبانی از زبان انگلیسی است. این برنامه در سه ترم و هر ترم حدود 10 جلسه اجرا خواهد بود.
