At Facework we have developed a soft-skills curriculum based on 5 families of skills called STEPS. 

 

We have found it is a really simple structure to explore soft-skills with young people, and using the STEPS card as a self-assessment starts wonderful discussions and helps students on a journey of self-discovery.

 

All the soft-skills and the Challenge sheets have been co-designed with young learners and we have produced a power-point which you can download here to introduce the STEPS to a group of students.
