Facework is a social enterprise that equips people to face the changing world of work through skills training and by developing affordable workspaces where communities can learn, share and work together.
We are passionate about supporting young people to become leaders who can then teach and inspire their peers. We currently work in the UK and India in these 5 areas:

Connect with our real-world learning events.
Help build community and connections.
"I didn't think I had anything to offer at the Facework Conversation event but the team gave me the support I needed and I really enjoyed helping to lead the discussion. It boosted my confidence."
Frankie Spence
Facework Conversation Panellist
"What I like about the FW programme is that the student can scale themselves on their ability before and after the Challenge. Helping the learner acquire skills such as networking or learning from mistakes is so important in today's workplace."
Vanessa Slade, teacher.

"Working with Steve & Tim has been invaluable.
They helped us create a business case for developing our community workspace in Wolverton which has now been approved by the Council. Learning from those who are actually doing it and having their ongoing support has made all the difference."

CEO Future Wolverton

OUR ETHOS
Treat young people as content creators, agents of change and future leaders, paying them London Living Wage rates.
Employ those under 25 years of age and equip them to lead in the design and delivery of our employability, training and enterprise 'hubs.'
Build inclusive work communities where young and old can learn from each other, thrive in their work and grow with their community.
Share our knowledge in an open-handed way, encouraging others to build on what we are doing.
