We dived deep into the art (and strategy!) of writing a CV that actually works in the UK job market. I was honoured to lead this session and share some practical tools with our participants. Presentation
We explored:
✅ How to shift perspective — a CV is not about you, it’s about the employer’s needs.
✅ How to showcase achievements, not just duties.
✅ The role of AI: a great assistant for research, tailoring, and preparation — but the human is always the leader who knows their goals and direction.
✅ How recruiters scan CVs in an F-shape pattern and what this means for formatting and readability.
It was inspiring to see participants reframe their experience and begin transforming duties into real, measurable achievements.

AI brings efficiency, but only you can bring authenticity, creativity, and persistence.
