We are looking for partners both from Local Authorities and non-profit organisations to work with  Facework on this refugee train the trainer programme. Over a 3 month period Facework staff will train and equip refugees to become trainers to replicate, manage and deliver Faceworks existing model of training into a borough's local refugee community.

What happens next

 

• The borough can nominate 2  refugee candidates to enter the RESET programme

• Facework trains and equips the candidate to set up, manage and deliver award winning employability training programmes

• The candidate trainer can deliver to their borough an employability training programme, ready to go, ready for implementation

• Content material can be provided
