Hatcham House

In 2019 a small group of local residents in New Cross purchased the hall at the back of the Hatcham Liberal Club to keep it as a community asset and transform it into a wonderful work and events space.

 

Over the last 7 years Facework has run hundreds of community and employment events (see below). However unfortunately, due to high running costs and changes in building regulations this is no longer financially viable and Facework will be vacating the premises on the 30th May 2026.

 

It’s sad, but we want to celebrate all that we have been able to achieve from this space and remember that endings are rarely absolute, often acting as quiet precursors to new beginnings, growth, and fresh perspectives.  Contact stephen@face.work if you would like to find out more about what was achieved.
