Changemakers is a training programme and network which equips young people in Lewisham to bring their ideas for positive social change to life.
Facework’s Changemakers programme supports Lewisham residents to
develop initiatives tackling
local challenges and creating
positive change.
In 2026 we are shifting the emphasis of the programme towards young people,and are launching a Youth Changemakers programme for those aged 18–25 who want to make a difference in their community.

Facework is running Changemakers 2026 in a new format, with this year’s programme focused on young people aged 18 to 25 in Lewisham. The dedicated Youth Changemakers programme is designed to support the next generation of local leaders, creatives and changemakers to develop their ideas and turn them into action.
The 10 week programme offers a mix of workshops, mentoring and free workspace..
